HR Sr Specialist

We are seeking for HR Sr, Specialist to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR team and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs alongside leading HR practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• At least 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of payroll related experience desirable.
• General HR functions knowledge.
• Knowledge and practical experience of Costa Rica labor legislation.
• Experience with WorkDay is a plus
• Experience with time and attendance tools
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Required Skills:
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
