Descripción de la Oferta de Trabajo
Asesor/a de Servicio al Cliente
Receive and respond to inbound Calls or Chats ; gather and verify required information regarding sport equipment, so chat representative will be providing customer service through chat or calls interactions. B2+ (Read, Write and Speak in supported language). Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the language of support. Direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers. Strong multi-tasking skills (able to navigate resources and support customers simultaneously). Highschool Diploma
REQUISITOS
- Ingles de 80% + (nivel B2) hablar/leer/escribir
- Título de bachillerato de Secundaria
- Flexibilidad de Horarios
- OPCIONAL: Experiencia en Call Center
