We are a US-based e-commerce brand seeking a qualified Customer Service Support Representative.

Responsibilities:
· Handle phone calls and emails from customers.
· Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:
· Analytical mindset
· Great communication skills
· Advanced level of English
· Previous experience in customer service
.Previous experience in Ecommerce is a plus

We are a growing company so there is a lot of potential for growth. This is a full-time position, requiring availability during business EST hours.
