Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internship)

Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive regional recruitment processes.
- Source and identify high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
- Contribute to creating compelling job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
- Support the Human Capital team in organizing and executing recruitment events and career fairs.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance our recruitment processes.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in psychology or social work studies.*
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- No prior experience required.
- Strong dedication, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivation and proactive attitude.
