• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva.
• Proficient in Excel for database management, list cleansing, and performance reporting.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within brand guidelines.
