Descripción de la oferta de trabajo
Day-to-day supervision of the Accounts Payable department.
Lead the Accounts Payable team that is responsible for invoice processing, payments, corporate travel, and corporate credit cards.
Continuously improve processes to enable our business to scale Institute and maintain a strong internal control environment on business processes.
Work with internal and external teams to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and payment issues.
Work closely with business systems teams on maintaining and improving underlying systems.
Assist the Accounting team with month-end accruals and account reconciliations.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains, and develops team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, finance, accounting or economy.
Advanced English Level C1.
3-5 years of experience in managing the Accounts Payable department.
Shared service center experience.
SAP ERP, Ariba, Billing Portals. required
Availability to work Hybrid in Escazú Village.
