Descripción de la oferta de trabajo

- Oversee daily front desk and reservations ' operations
- Ensure prompt response to the reservations requests
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
- Handle guests' inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Mantain accurate records of room availability and reservations
- Train and mentor desk staff to uphold hotel standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

Strong leadership and interpesonal skills
Familiarity with Opera software and other systems
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
