R2R Analyst

The Analyst R2R is responsible for executing transactional activities related to general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing in compliance with accounting standards, service levels, company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
Perform transactional activities to support accounting and finance operations.
Update and maintain general ledger accounting journals.
Assist in monthly and annual closing processes.
Reconcile accounts with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards; identify and correct discrepancies when necessary.
Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules.
Adhere to established service levels, company policies, and procedures.
Identify recurring issues or risks and propose opportunities for process improvement.
Required Competencies
Strong team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)
1 or 2 to years of relevant work experience.
Industry or shared services experience is a plus.
