Production Planner/Buyer

This role is key to ensuring the availability of materials and efficient production plannig, optimizing costs and delivery times.
Analyze demand forecasts and plan inventory levels accordingly.
Develop suppliers of the best quality and lead times.
Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and production schedules in the company's ERP tool.
Purchases of materials, equipment, supplies and services following prescribed purchasing procedures through regular contact with suppliers.
Prepares reports such as inventory balances, price lists, and shortages on a weekly basis.
Performs MRP transactions associated with the movement of material (receipt, transfer, issuance).
Development of a Master Production Program for a period of 30 days with the work orders/work necessary for the execution of manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery to customers>95%.
