Location: La Ribera, Belén, Heredia, Costa Rica
On-site Position (Hybrid Option Based on Performance)
We are hiring Customer Service Agents with excellent English communication skills to provide high-quality support to clients. If you're passionate about helping others and meet the qualifications below, we’d love to hear from you!
Shift:
Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Door-to-door transportation provided for return home only
Candidates must live within 20 km of La Ribera, Belén, Heredia
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
Assist customers with:
Financing application inquiries
Merchant disputes and refunds
Payment processing
Updating account information
Requirements:
Excellent English (clear accent, fluent, confident, and grammatically strong)
Available for the afternoon/late evening shift
Must reside within 20 km of the office location
High school diploma required
